Tim started in the field of nutrition 11 years ago before specialising in sport and exercise. Over the years he has helped people accomplish numerous goals including expeditions to Mount Everest and the North Pole, European Strongwoman Championships, as well as everyday client body fat loss and muscle achievements. In 2012 he became the resident health and nutrition expert for the Sunday People newspaper, and has since written for various publications including Men’s Health, Marie Claire, Glamour Magazine, Women’s and Men’s Running, The Daily Mail, Men’s and Women’s Fitness.
