David’s experience of professional and high-level sport spawned his interest in functional and performance-based sessions. He has a passion for getting real, lasting results. He enjoys continuously educating himself finding new training methods and trialling them before introducing to suitable clients and getting feedback. He takes care in developing and adapting individualised programs that suit the person he is working with through conversation and observation.
