The Method – Full Body Conditioning Workout

A barre-based full-body workout, set to energising music. Working with tri-sets and resistance bands, improve muscular strength and engagement by working the arms, legs, glutes and core – and feel the burn! Suitable to all, including newbies and pre and post-natal members.

Bands provided

No equipment required here, varying levels of resistance bands are provided, all that’s missing is you.

Music is key in this class, matching the tempo to the beat. With DJ curated playlists made up of the latest tracks, its time to get focused and put in the work.
Glute Activation

The Method specifically targets the often neglected glute muscles. This class is the perfect accessory for runners or those looking to build more core stability.
