Grip socks are mandatory in all Reformer and Tower Pilates classes. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and performance during your workout. Please bring your own grip socks, or you can purchase a pair at the club before your class.

Due to the intensity, this class is not recommended for anyone new to Tower Pilates, recovering from injuries or recently postnatal. Fundamental and Traditional Tower classes which will be better suited your needs.
