Having been in the fitness industry all her life, Katie has had the chance to educate herself in several modalities such as Strength & Conditioning, Bodybuilding, Performance Training and CrossFit and wholeheartedly believes there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to leading a healthy lifestyle. With a particular interest in Nutrition and Psychology, Katie endeavours to provide a 4 pillar approach with all her clients, supporting them to find balance with exercise, nutrition, mindset & recovery. For the last 5 years, Katie has specialised in supporting pre and post-Menopausal women through their journey and believes with researched and informed choices, this doesn’t have to be a distressing chapter of a woman’s life.
