Go further than you ever imagined with our Challenge Escape. The focus of this retreat is an awe-inspiring journey in the Sahara Desert, completed on foot and bike. This is high demand and high reward.
Get ready by feeding mind as well as body with a welcoming cultural day, spent discovering the delights of Marrakech’s souks and medina. You’ll spend the first half of your stay in the Moroccan desert training and getting to know your fellow Challengers, with drills in the sand, a training run and a movement class. Then it’s time for the main event.
Starting early to avoid the heat of the day, you’ll undertake a 15km run and 25km bike ride, followed by lunch, a recovery session and a bonfire party to celebrate your achievements. Next you will replenish with a wellness day of restorative yoga and deep tissue massage. In this packed schedule we’ll also find time for an introduction to kite surfing, several Third Space workouts and a trip to the sand dunes.
You will return home tired but happy, having pushed yourself to the limits, made friends for life, and increased your strength, resilience and confidence.

29 Aug – 5 Sept | Meakis beach | crete
Deepen your practice with this 8 day retreat to the beautiful and secluded Meakis beach, Crete. You will have the chance to reconnect, balance and push yourself with daily yoga sessions, including Yin yoga, Vinyasa flow and sunset yoga, enabling you to build strength, focus and technique. You will also have the chance to work on your head, hand and shoulder stands with our inversions workshop.
Complementing your yoga practice will be runs, HIIT sessions, kettlebell workshops, a surfing lesson, hike and bike ride. There will also be an emphasis on stilling the mind with several meditation sessions.
Away from the mat you will discover how to use food to nurture the body with a Cretan cooking lesson. You’ll also experience lunch in a typical Heraklion restaurant and have the chance to try your luck at Cretan pottery.
