Xander helps his clients reach new heights of fitness and athletic potential with a mix of strength training, combat and conditioning. He has trained in Boxing and Kickboxing for over 10 years and incorporates this training to increase power and speed and also weight loss for sessions. Xander also uses calisthentics and functional fitness as part of his training approach.
Xander has studied nutrition and understands the role it plays in gut health, weight loss and lean muscle gain with a tailored food plan.
