Tony’s enthusiasm for exercise and fitness started at an early age. He is an ex-football player that has represented Islington borough, his home county football team London, as well as professional football club West Ham United, where he played for 4 years. Since then Tony has achieved a postgraduate master’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation, enabling him to reach the highest level of the fitness industries recognition and the acclaim of becoming a Master Trainer.
