Bio

From a young age, Sophia has incorporated fitness and movement into her life through her training in professional dance. Following an injury, her passion for health and fitness grew as she learned more about the body. This led Sophia to her Pilates training and desire to become a personal trainer. Understanding what it takes to overcome setbacks, Sophia strives to help her clients overcome their challenges and become their personal best.

With appropriate rehabilitation and consistency, Sophia went on to become a part of stage productions and endurance running races. Her goal is to now complete all 6 world major marathons.
