Blayne has 7 years’ experience in the fitness industry with a background in strength and conditioning and rehab. He has trained everyone from high level athletes to your everyday office worker. He has helped people with ACL tears, frozen shoulders and lower back injuries to return to sport and everyday life pain free. Blayne prides himself on holding his development and service to high standards and is committed towards each individual and their journey.
