Bio
Yusef has a long history in contemporary dance having toured with various dance companies after gaining a First Class B.A (Hons) degree. Yusef gained two qualifications in massage and also in fitness training and subsequently combines these disciplines with Pilates to provide varied and in-depth training. Yusef has also worked extensively in pre and post-natal Pilates.
