British Wheel of Yoga
Tony has been teaching Pilates since 2000. He has studied with Polestar one of the leading training courses in Pilates, and Judith Aston who is a direct student of Joseph Pilates and Feldenkrais. He also has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 20 years having studied in India as well as with The British Wheel of Yoga. He is a great advocate of mixing movement, regularly using strength training and (as well as using Pilates for his unique rehabilitation process), he uses Pilates to strengthen and challenge the body. His yoga background gives him a unique teaching style, integrating movement from both disciplines.
