As a former multi-sport athlete, from Gaelic Football to Track and Field, Ayo applies a mixed modality approach which incorporates proven strength-building techniques to help individuals improve not only their body composition but also their movement quality and athletic performance. With a focus on functional and adaptable training, Ayo helps clients build a strong foundation of fitness that enhances their daily life and allows them to feel strong, move great and live well.
