Running Lab 2022 saw 100 athletes go the extra mile in an endurance focused workout, led by Triathlete & Third Space Master Trainer Chris Stanton. For those that missed the event, don’t miss the workout…

Drill Sequence: 

  • Walking A frames 
  • A skips
  • B skips 
  • Pogos 
  • Straight leg bounds 
  • Strides x 3 

 

Main Workout:

800m/400m/400m x3

20 sec rest between intervals

3 mins rest between sets

  

Finisher:

5 x 400m continuous

Decrease pace each lap but remain within 10 seconds of the prior lap pace.
