Peanut Butter & Jam Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

25g plain crunchy peanut butter

80g strawberry and cherry compote

300ml milk of your choice (we recommend Alpro almond milk)

35g protein of your choice (we recommend vanilla whey)

 

Instructions:

 

  1. In a medium saucepan bring 50ml of water to boil, then add 500g of strawberries, 250g of cherries and 3 tbsp. of coconut sugar.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 min. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
  3. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
