25g plain crunchy peanut butter
80g strawberry and cherry compote
300ml milk of your choice (we recommend Alpro almond milk)
35g protein of your choice (we recommend vanilla whey)
- In a medium saucepan bring 50ml of water to boil, then add 500g of strawberries, 250g of cherries and 3 tbsp. of coconut sugar.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 min. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
