Alkalime Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

200-300ml milk of your choice

1/2 banana

1/4 avocado

Small handful of kale

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon cashew nuts

1 scoop protein of your choice (we recommend vanilla whey)

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
