Berry Blast Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

200-300ml milk of your choice

1 cup of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, black berries, cherries, currants, strawberries)

1 scoop protein powder of your choice (we recommend vanilla whey)

Optional:

1/2 a banana or 2 tablespoons of oats

1 teaspoon of peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
