10 Ways To Get 10,000 Steps Without Leaving Your Living Room

Because your FitBit and Apple Watch don’t care that you’re WFH.

It began during lockdown in France with one furloughed restaurant worker completing a marathon on his 23-foot long balcony. The baton was then picked up by James Page, 36, who did 873 laps of his Sidcup garden to complete his own marathon and raise over £3,000 for Children With Cancer.

And so, while we don’t expect you to march through 26.2 in your living room, there are clearly still plenty of opportunities to stay on the front foot when working from home. Here’s our rundown of the simple routes to 10,000 steps that’ll keep you moving forward and your spirits lifted.
