Stavros completed his honours degree in Sports Science followed by a 2-year MSc in Sport Rehabilitation, a course focused solely in Sports Medicine, specialising in musculoskeletal examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. He is also a practising Musculoskeletal Sonographer and member of the UK Register of Sonographers.
Starting in the NHS in the Rheumatology Department at Mile End Hospital, he soon progressed into elite professional football working for Barnet FC and Queens Park Rangers FC. Stavros is Lecturer in the School of Health and Social Care at London South Bank University, President of the Panhellenic Association of Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, and Clinical Director at ATR – Healthcare Training UK.
