For new members: Third Space doesn’t do inductions. Instead, during a unique 1-hr session, we comprehensively assess where you are physically and create tailored programmes to help you get where you want to be.

Session 1: Assess

A one hour session encompassing:


A discussion of lifestyle
and goals. We listen.


A comprehensive movement assessment to screen for postural imbalances and any areas of weakness. Generic programmes often miss underlying issues which can compromise enjoyment and results.


A biometric scan evaluating body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle mass and hydration or a short workout based on your initial assessment. This not only helps qualify goals, but can also detect underlying health risks. Literally life-saving.

Session 2: Personalised Programme

Your trainer will use this information to develop a personalised programme. This will be delivered to you within 48 hours. Your trainer will run through the programme, technique and training frequency to help you understand and feel ownership.

Slava Feniov

Slava is a swimming coach with a range of experience, specialising in everything from learning to swim right up to PRO levels, triathlon coaching, open water and fin swimming/free diving.


Ben Norris

During many years travelling the world, Ben spent time working as a personal trainer in New Zealand before returning home to continue his health and fitness journey in London.


Felisa Vicente

Felisa specialises in chronic conditions, chronic injuries, postural correction, pregnancy and special population. She helps clients lose weight, tone up and sculpt their body through muscle activation. Her aim is to create a more vital and positive connection between her clients and their bodies, by understanding their personal needs and helping them to change their habits.


Gerson Rodriguez

Gerson is a sport specific trainer and who specialises in corrective training. He is currently studying Sport Rehabilitation BSc and prides himself on continuous study to keep up to date with modern training and rehab techniques.


Suzan Altay

Suzan is a Senior Yoga Teacher who has been practicing for more than 15 years. She specialises in Hatha yoga, rehabilitation of injuries, corrective stretching, core stability and postural alignment. She is also a Thai massage therapist, Pilates instructor and nutritional advisor.


Alfie Wren

Whether it is endurance events, athletic performance or weight loss, Alfie’s aim is to push you past your limits. Leaving your comfort zone is vital when reaching your personal goals.

Casey specializes in drastic weight loss transformations.


Juliana Conci-Mitchell

Juliana is particularly experienced in working with people who want to improve their body composition and change their aesthetics. As a physique competitor and former accountant she has an insight and great understanding of what it takes to get the results you want.


Eduardo Goncalves

With 10 years experience in Personal Training, Eduardo is an expert in body transformation alongside strength training, fat loss and nutrition. Being a competitive athlete himself, Eduardo has helped many clients achieve their goals including some professional athletes.


Laszlo Baritz

Laszlo specialises in weight loss and muscle toning. He is a former UK fitness model champion and aims to get you into the shape of your life. Lazlo prides himself on guiding you step by step through your journey till you reach your goal.


Yazzy Phillips

Yazzy believes mindfulness is happiness. Fitness has always been a part of Yazzy’s life and she likes to share and inspire her clients to a healthier happier lifestyle, where they reach their goals but still have a life too. Yazzy believes in treating your body as a temple and finding balance between not taking yourself too seriously but keeping your fitness goals always fresh, fun and challenging.


Tim Joseph

Tim is Head of Personal Training at Canary Wharf and has over 15,000 PT hours experience. He is a UK champion and record holder in kettlebell sport, and he runs London's only kettlebell sport club. His specialty is in functional strength training, and no matter where your start point is, he will help build a stronger, fitter, more supple you.


Jud Ekindi

Jud is a former professional basketball player with eight years strength and conditioning coach experience. His focus is on basketball training, strength and conditioning, movement and body sculpting.


Ash Khan

Ash has now turned his sights towards his lifelong goal to help people build the best version of themselves. He brings with him over 13 years of sports experience at a high level in football, boxing, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. He has been a personal trainer for 7 years with a growing popularity amongst sport and fitness circles.


Tim Hart

Tim is a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. He takes an analytical approach to training, focusing on the development of various aspects of diet and exercise, helping improve not just strength but technique, range of movement, posture and flexibility.


Stephanie Whitehead

Steph has a goal orientated approach to training as even the smallest of goals make training more fun and give you something to work towards. Her psychology background helps her to coach people in a style that gets the best out of them as well as reducing stress levels. She likes to mix strength training with high intensity workouts to achieve highly effective results in strength, fitness and weight loss.


Denton Conteh

Denton is an internationally published calisthenics athlete for the UK and has been at Pro Level for 4 years. He is a two time UK National Champion and Middle Weight World Champion. He is also a World Record Holder.


James Collington

James creates tailored, highly effective programmes for his clients, who range from Olympic athletes to stroke sufferers. With over 13 years of experience, he is an expert in clinical exercise prescription, and believes that enjoyment is the key to success.


Shaquille Palmer

Having grown up playing county rugby and then going on to graduate with a degree in Strength & Conditioning, Shaquille knows what it takes from both the trainer and client to reach their goals. He is now committed to applying his passion and education towards helping others achieve their fitness goals.


Paul Smethurst

With over 13 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and Holistic Health & Fitness Coach, Paul provides his clients with a completely customised and enjoyable approach to achieving their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.


Decford Hutchins

Decford has over 20 years of sporting achievements and 17 years experience as a personal trainer. He has been involved in sport from a young age and is proud to have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. Decford specialises in body transformation, nutrition, strength and conditioning and circuit training.


Kamil Kosc

Kamil is a qualified sports rehabilitator and personal trainer with years of experience with professional and semi-professional athletes. He has now turned his attention to sharing his experience with the general public and helping them achieve the results they desire.


James Eagle

James' philosophy focuses on continual learning as he works towards enhancing the well being of his clients, by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.


Lorcan Loughrey

After having competed at National level, Lorcan coached swimmers for the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. Lorcan now helps people of all abilities and ages to achieve their goals, ranging from non-swimmers, beginners through to elite swimming, triathlon and open water swimming.


Will Longhurst

Could you out run an angry bear? Could you climb a tree to escape danger? Can you swim to shore if your boat capsizes? Could you move a bolder blocking your path? Will specialises in natural fitness and movement, combined with functional strength, to make you fit and healthy for life. Edgar Toropov

Edgar thrives on the success of his clients, he believes a truly healthy lifestyle can lead to both physical and mental well-being. He specialises in confidence building, fat loss, muscle gain and movement correction through regression and progression.


Rois Brown

Rois started weightlifting aged 15, when he developed a keen interest and passion for Powerlifting. He enjoys incorporating lifts into client’s programs as he finds the compound moves essential to enable you to reach your training goals be it weight loss, muscle building, functional movement and so on. He is now training with the ambition of doing his first competition.


David Paquette

David is an elite personal trainer with a difference; he is a conversation based therapist who gets to the root cause of weight loss problems. David is a martial arts combat trainer and two times Muay Thai World Champion, as well as a qualified hypnotherapist and PMA trainer.


Arnold Liutkevicius

Specialising in conditioning and strength training, Arnold takes great pride in being able to provide in depth, up to date advice to achieve a wide range of goals with his clients. Arnold’s philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning – to achieve desired goals, the trainer as well as the client, must first be able to understand it.

A Personal Trainer and Martial Artist specialising in functional strength and primal movement, for a strong, lean, fit and well-proportioned body.


Francesca Basketfield

Francesca has an athletic and dance background, beginning her career in group exercise before becoming a PT. She specialises in weight loss and aesthetic training and nutrition and has a real passion on educating/introducing women to weight training.


Mike Davis

Mike is a MMA specialist with 10 years experience in a variety of martial arts. He combines this with great knowledge and practical understanding of strength and conditioning training, delivering high paced, energetic and fun workouts.


Henry Howe

A Personal Trainer and musculoskeletal Osteopath, Henry has a reputation for building stronger, more resilient bodies. He is a Tier 3 Personal Trainer at our Canary Wharf club, and is currently the only qualified healthcare professional at this level.


Steven Gallante

Steven specialises in boxing and strength and conditioning, he has over 20 years of experience in health and fitness and prides himself on his desire to find new techniques and exercises that will keep his clients training fun.


Darren Bruce

Darren is an accomplished personal trainer with over 30 years of sporting achievements. A former professional boxer and IBO Welterweight World Title challenger, British Kickboxing Champion and County Champion Long Jumper. Darren has a genuine passion for sport and fitness, and utilises his knowledge and skills in his one-to-one training.


Albane Courtois

Dani Nunes

Reed Plummer

Reed started amateur boxing at 15 years old. This is where his dedication and commitment to fitness began. Since then his passion has developed into weight training and body sculpting. The results of his training led him to winning the UK Muscle Mania Championship and also become a Men's Health model.


George Toohey

George has over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Professional Athlete. His main focus is using his education to help his clients reach their targets and he has a fantastic success rate at doing so.
