When I am lazy I start by putting on my favourite music and start to play (basketball, hula hoop, jump around, skipping, dancing, go for a walk) anything that I enjoy. Once your heart rate is up and your cheeks start to flush you are ready to train!
I love my mornings and start with a little 5-10min meditation, soft music in the background while prepping hot water with a squeeze of half a lemon to start refreshed and ready to go

Yazzy is a personal trainer that mainly focuses on lifestyle changes and adaptations that are tailored to the individual. She worked and travelled for over 20 years as a fashion model and understands that it can be challenging at times to fit training into a busy schedule. She incorporates different technics into her training plans and always keeps it fresh and fun working on improving energy levels of her clients and bringing out those happy hormones while getting your dream body as a great side effect.
