Xander enjoys coaching clients from all backgrounds and boasts a client list ranging from FBI tactical force operatives to CEOs and supermodels. With years of experience across the US, Australia and Europe Xander has a unique personable approach to strength training and a worldly view on wellness.

Xander believes in assessing the body’s needs in addition to helping clients reach personal goals. He really enjoys bringing out the best in people, striving to help his clients live the life they deserve through positive coaching and a compound approach to achieving goals while living a balanced and fun lifestyle.
