What has been you most memorable moment of being a trainer?

My favourite moment as a trainer was being able to guide a complete beginner to a level where he won numerous accolades for white-collar boxing and MMA after initially telling me he had no confidence or belief that his goals were achievable. Reading or being told of how I have positively affected the lives of students and clients, these are all heart-warming moments for me

What is your favourite exercise?

My favourite exercise has to be the deadlift. During my powerlifting days I maxed 240kgs for 3 reps

What do you like to do in your spare time?

When I’m not working out or coaching I’m probably at home in front of an addictive drama series (24, Power, Gotham etc)

Trainer Bio

Wendle has over 24 years martial arts experience ranging from traditional Karate, Boxing, Thai Boxing, Olympic freestyle wrestling and submission wrestling. He has been best known as a professional MMA athlete for the last 11 years. Having recently retired in 2015, Wendle turned his ambitions towards achieving another lifelong goal of becoming a successful professional boxer, certified pro boxing coach and strength conditioning trainer.
