Modelling, I still model along side my Personal Training. It can be so much fun. I guess it's like feeding my artistic side.
Tope has been extremely athletic from a very early age and has had the opportunity to choose a career as either an international model or competing in athletics. She chose both and they’ve fortunately complimented each other well. Tope competed for her local borough in cross country running, 200m High Jump and Long Jump. She strives for her love for fitness to be contagious and to help her clients set goals and build steps to achieve them.
