Health, fitness and performance has always been a massive part of Tom’s life. Always striving to improve his knowledge with continuous CPD and is currently studying BSc Strength and Conditioning science at St Mary’s University. Tom prides himself on staying up to date on the latest research and Strength and Conditioning systems enabling him to apply this knowledge whether you want to jump higher or feel more confident in your wedding dress!
