Having worked in health & fitness since 2008, Tara believes that the first step towards helping her clients achieve success is to first gain a deeper understanding of their aspirations and motivations both inside and outside of the gym. Due to an active upbringing, Tara developed a passionate interest in movement and enjoys the continued physical and mental challenge of learning different sporting disciplines, such as figure skating and speed skating as a child to Muay Thai and Olympic Weightlifting as an adult. Tara tailors her approach with each client based on her knowledge from her own personal journey, over 14 years of experience in coaching, and ongoing education in nutrition and training.
