Stu comes from an athletic and military background, having achieved the elite levels of fitness needed to become a Royal Marine Commando in 2006. As an STO registered Sports Therapist his approach looks to combine in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology with the mentality of a marine to produce injury proof athletes.

Following a career in the Royal Marine Commandos, Stu went on to work as a Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist, where his work on Movement and Fascial Chains has been published within a national online journal. Combining power lifting, calisthenics, and free weights to create athletes, Stu believes in training for performance and aesthetics will naturally occur.
