Bio

Steve has been involved with both sports and the fitness industry for over a decade. His practical experience has been a long continuum, from a 13 year old training with a rusty set of dumbbells in his best friends garage to competing for the Junior Great British athletics team. Whilst also developing his theoretical understanding of physiology, anatomy, nutrition and strength & conditioning, completing his Sport & Exercise science degree at Loughborough University as a student/athlete.
