Stephen began his personal training career in a studio specialising in body transformations and has successfully coached multiple WBFF (World Beauty Fitness and Fashion) competitors to 1st place positioning’s. Stephen went on to further refine his expertise in strength and conditioning under the watchful eye of Ben Thomas and nutritional expertise of ultra endurance athlete Mark Hines. Stephen has also undergone several rehabilitation courses with expert Dean Sommerset. More recently, Stephen has focused on elite programming systems such as the Conjugate Method, as well as a holistic approach to wellbeing. Stephen is not only a passionate, well rounded and thoughtful coach, but his results driven nature always leads to client satisfaction.
