Silvia’s passion for resistance training came from the positive impacts training had on her own life. She now helps her clients create those habits that will help them improve their life inside and outside of the gym. She believes that the first step to ensure her clients’ success is to get a good understanding of their motivations and personal preferences as everyone is unique and will require a tailored approach.
