Trainer Bio

Sport and fitness have always played a massive role in my life since a young age. From representing Zimbabwe in both athletics and rugby until I was nineteen, to playing semi-professionally the last four years. I want to share what I have learnt, and I am still learning, from some of the best sports and conditioning coaches from around the world with other individuals wanting to better themselves and push themselves to their limits.
