I believe everyone is unique in body, mind and goal, and should have their own different but exciting fitness experience. My desire is to provide them with the tools and knowledge to make every second of their journey excellent and memorable in every way. Sport and fitness have always played a massive role in my life since a young age. From representing Zimbabwe in both athletics and rugby until I was nineteen, to playing semi-professionally the last four years. I want to share what I have learnt, and I am still learning, from some of the best sports and conditioning coaches from around the world with other individuals wanting to better themselves and push themselves to their limits.
