Sasha takes a holistic approach to training, understanding that the goal of the individual is context specific. Through experience he has learned that the client session needs to be tailored to their own structure and individual needs. Although keenly interested in rehabilitation, he utilises principles from strength and conditioning, meaning he can train people from the spectrum of rehab to performance.
