A surfer or captain of a yacht. Anything sea or ocean related. It's my happy place!

If you could live in any city in the world where would that be and why?

London. I’ve traveled and visited many cities in the world but London is by far the most diverse and exciting city.

What is your favourite exercise?

The deadlift. There is something very empowering about being able to lift more than your own body weight.

Sarah has spent 10+ years as a successful professional dancer. Her passion for movement and fitness lead to her becoming a Personal Trainer. She believes that good movement and technique are paramount to building a strong healthy body and delivering results while remaining injury free.
