Hip Thrust - it is versatile, targeted and very effective. It helps hip mobility and stabilisation.

It's cheat day! What's your favourite food to indulge?

I like to have a treat rather than a “cheat day” and nothing beats a good tiramisu!

When you aren’t working out, what are you doing?

I design my own fitness clothes. I started my own fitness clothes line because when I train I like to feel comfortable, yet trendy in my workout outfit.

Sandra specialises in body transformation and conditioning. Full of energy and encouragement she will drive her clients to their targets and boast their confidence in order to achieve their fitness goals. Her tailored fitness programmes are varied, fun and always challenging. Sandra is also a Salsa dancer so expect her Latin flair to be present in all her sessions.
