What has been your favourite moment of being a PT?

Seeing clients who were initially nervous to be on the gym floor setting up and executing big lifts like they've been doing it for years.

What is your favourite exercise?

Box Jumps.

Top motivational tip?

Consistency will always be key, success comes from continuously executing the little things well. If in doubt just take the next step then repeat and you'll get there.

Trainer Bio

A Sports and Exercise Science graduate from Loughborough University, Rory’s introduction to training came from years of playing and coaching Rugby. He then spent two winter seasons in the French Alps as a ski guide and sports therapist. Rory’s degree and experience covers a range of key areas from sports nutrition to biomechanics.
