Richie Kyle is from a football background; his love for sport has seen him complete numerous marathons and endurance events. He is a Personal Trainer, Group exercise instructor and self-proclaimed King of Banter at Third Space, specialising in fat loss and endurance training.

Bio

Richie is a chirpy South Londoner who moved into the fitness industry having previously worked with young players at Crystal Palace FC. He has a sporting background in Football, boxing and running (completed 3 London Marathons). Richie loves the day to day contact with people in his role as a PT and enjoys teaching a variety of classes at the Soho club, alongside working with individual clients.
