Richie Kyle is from a football background; his love for sport has seen him complete numerous marathons and endurance events. He is a Personal Trainer, Group exercise instructor and self-proclaimed King of Banter at Third Space, specialising in fat loss and endurance training.

Aside from The Third Space (obviously) it's a toss-up between being in my seat at Stamford Bridge (Home of Chelsea FC), in my front room with my record player spinning or at my mums house if she is doing a Sunday roast.
I did a photo shoot for "Jackie" Magazine as a kid, I have scored a header at Millwall FC and am in the recent Amy Winehouse film for about 3 seconds!
Richie is a chirpy South Londoner who moved into the fitness industry having previously worked with young players at Crystal Palace FC. He has a sporting background in Football, boxing and running (completed 3 London Marathons). Richie loves the day to day contact with people in his role as a PT and enjoys teaching a variety of classes at the Soho club, alongside working with individual clients.
