Oli is a Health & Fitness expert specialising in sustainable weight management and health solutions. His training philosophy and approach is influenced by holistic exercise techniques as well as modern methodology. He’s learned from many coaches, including a 4 month internship at Yoga & Fitness Ashram in India. He originally studied 6 years ago as a Personal Trainer and also has an advanced diploma in Nutrition. Oli has worked in Military Fitness Gyms, on body transformation retreats with celebrities and prides himself on being approachable and easy to talk to. Training with Oli you can expect to feel better, tone up, lose weight and strengthen your movement and performance. Oli strives to leave someone a little better than when he met them.
