Trainer Bio

Naomi is an experienced and dedicated personal trainer with over 10 years experience in teaching clients how to box, lift weights, lose weight and become fitter and stronger than they ever thought possible. As an ABA boxing coach, Level 1 CrossFit coach and trainee osteopath Naomi uses a multi faceted approach to training, helping clients identify and achieve their fitness goals, rehabilitate from injuries, improve their mobility and overall performance. Naomi is passionate about inspiring her clients to make long term lifestyle changes, assisting them with managing stress and improving their quality of life. Sessions are addictive, creative, challenging and fun.
