Miguel more than anything loves to train, and his passion is infectious. At the age of 18 he trained himself to get into the Royal Marines and began his journey in Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, MMA, CrossFit and Body Building. His experience across a variety of training methods has helped him build the principles on which he trains today.
