I'm one of the types you love to hate, an early riser who doesn't like coffee.

Favourite exercise?

I could have picked plenty for least favourite but I am a sucker for a good floor press.

When you’re not working out what do you like doing?

Everyone that knows me knows I do pretend to be a bit posh on my weekends I do like to have dinner somewhere special best spots have to be Novikov or Roka, I couldn't tell you where my love of pan Asian food has come from being born in Peterborough but I'm addicted.

Michael comes from a new age of fitness, he is a British champion men’s physique athlete with over 10 years in personal training. After a background of hunting down defenders on the football pitch, his brand of training is an innovative and infectious approach to the fitness world.
