Waking up 2hrs before I leave to get in a good breakfast and plan my day.

Trainer Bio

Luther has 4 years as a Personal Trainer in the Fitness industry, is an ex Semi Professional Footballer and now an athlete competing in the sport of Powerlifting. It was the moment he stepped into the gym in my local youth club that he found his passion for weight training which has lead him down his chosen path, to help pass on the skills he’s learnt to those that want to take themselves to the next level.
