Luke specialises in strength, conditioning and biomechanical assessment, as well as rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injury to give injured tissue the best possible chance to recover and to help clients minimise the risk of re-injury. He concentrates on helping mobility by improving strength and stability.

Luke has a background in professional and international level sport, he has played professional Rugby League and Union in the Premier League and a former World Endurance Rowing record holder.
He is proud to be at the forefront of the development of Postural Restoration science in the UK and aims to shortly become the first person in the UK to be PRT certified.
Luke has worked in the USA, Russia and Ukraine and is fortunate enough to have worked alongside some of the World’s leading coaches and medical professionals in the preparation of athletes at British, European, Commonwealth, World, and Olympic Levels. He as has worked with a range of clients from premier league football players and international athletes, through to orthopaedic rehabilitation referrals
