Leo’s sporting background began with playing Rugby. He has played at academy, county and scholarship level and this is where his passion for health and fitness grew. With over 10 years of training experience with a wide range of clients and constantly growing his knowledge he has the expertise to very efficiently and safely support clients to reach their fitness goals.
