Originally from Greater London, Lee resided in the USA for most of his adult life and has backpacked in over 30 countries; his love of travel and fitness go hand in hand. Lee likes to strip his programs down to focus on the basics, while encouraging his clients to set realistic and achievable goals. Working with Lee will improve your strength, heart health and sense of humour!
