Not only seeing the clients I’ve worked with get great results inside the gym, but also seeing them go on to achieve bigger and better things outside of the gym as a result of working together.

Trainer Bio

More of an architect than a personal trainer. An architect constructs a building, Kris constructs a body from the inside out. Having played semi professional football and cricket Kris experienced what high level coaching embodies and takes that into his work with his clients. You will not only get your physical health in the best possible state but also feel mentally strong and powerful.
