Bio

Katie’s career began with her love of Kickboxing and Martial Arts. She fought for team England for 3 years competing in British and World championships.  Competing on the world stage gave her exposure to fitness from a dedicated sporting standpoint. Her caring nature and passion for fitness led her into Personal Training. My belief is that fitness should be structured around your lifestyle and her experience has taught her that everyone is individual
