What has been your favourite moment of being a PT?

My favourite moment is when a client achieves their goal and is changing from inside out. Nothing makes me happier

It's cheat day! What's your favourite food to indulge?

I don't like the word "cheat" it has a bad connotation and leads to a bad relationship with food. If it is part of your plan, it is not a cheat! Balance is key to a sustainable lifestyle and therefore once a week or so I plan to have something I really want. I love a good quality burger or a glass of bubbly and will usually include it in my weekly plan.

Juliana grew up in Brazil, one of the most body conscious countries in the world, and had always been very active. At school she was part of the Volleyball team, but dance was her passion and my main activity for 15 years. She then moved to London to finish her studies and ended up in accountancy, a very sedentary job. After a while, the weight piled on and she found myself very unhappy. It was then she decided to go back to the gym, and found a new passion for weight training, changed careers and changed her life. She got into bodybuilding and physique competition achieving first place in the WBFF European Championships.
