How do you start your day?

I work from 6am so I have conditioned myself to be in auto pilot mode until I get to the gym. By ‘condition’ I mean that I try not to think much, I hear the alarm clock, I get up, I shower, I get dressed and I leave my place. I try to do all these things whilst I am still not completely awake so before I know it I am already at the workplace

What is your favourite exercise?

Clean and Jerk, the mental battle to pass a load that is not mastered is just so cool. Passing reps feels so good and failing them so annoying, so many emotions involved! Oh and the fact that the success of the lifts forces you to work on other exercises and improve different physical capabilities is pretty cool too

Tell us something about you that no one knows?

When I was little I accidentally set fire to my house. I kept quiet about it for years but I think they figured it out by now. I had to get it off my chest one day so I told my sister and I think she told the rest

Trainer Bio

Jud has 10 years experience as a professional basketball player in France and Spain, he has played in the top Spanish and top French basketball league including the U15 and U16 French Basketball team; becoming the U15 European tournament winner (Yugoslavia). Jud was the LEB Bronce winner (2008-2009) with promotion to LEB Plata. He then moved his career to become a strength and conditioning coach for eight years. Alongside this he became an Ultrafit fitness model cover competition finalist and featured in Fitnorama magazine (2013) and Watchfit (2014). He is also trilingual speaking French, Spanish and English.
