Trainer Bio

Growing up in South Africa, John always had a passion for the great outdoors, fitness and healthy

Combining his love of fitness with a desire to help people, John realised this could be done through
personal training.

He trained as a PT in London, earning a level 3 qualification before joining the Third Space Academy.
John tailors his programmes to meet the needs of his clients whether they are looking to lose
weight, build muscle, gain strength or improve flexibility and coordination.

Outside of the gym, John can be found skiing in the Alps, renovating antique furniture or exploring
local car boot sales.
