Joe is currently playing rugby for a top league team with over 13 years experience in the sport. Joe has also trained in football, tennis and swimming. With his wide range of sporting history Joe understands the importance of nutrition, sleep, and training to develop people in their discipline. Joe is also passionate about bettering the lives of others using health and fitness, whether it’s to lose body fat, gain muscle mass or just to feel better in your own skin.
